Why is every plan unlimited readers?
A record only pays off when the whole company can check it. Charging per seat would push you to keep people out of the one system that should have everybody in it.
What counts as a message?
Every participant message we process into the record in a calendar month. Re-importing history you already committed does not count twice.
What happens when I hit a limit?
The record stays readable and searchable. New processing pauses instead of silently dropping evidence, and the portal tells you which limit you reached.
Can I move between plans?
Yes. During early access an operator applies the change directly; self-service billing is not live yet.
